Best unit selection: I advise on layout, view, floor and position to maximise resale and rental value. Developer comparison: I compare track record, build quality and delivery history. Payment plans explained: I break down instalments, post-handover plans and the total cost. Reservation to handover: I handle the booking, the sale agreement (SPA), Oqood registration, construction updates and handover. Resale support: I guide clients on reselling before or after completion when the time is right.
