Defect & Snag Identification – Documenting construction defects, incomplete works, and non-conforming items requiring attention. Drawings & Scope Verification – Reviewing completed works against available drawings, specifications, and project scope where applicable. Progress & Payment Verification – Supporting clients in assessing completed works before progress payments or stage approvals. Site Reporting – Providing clear inspection reports with photographs, observations, and recommendations for corrective action. Rectification Follow-Up – Re-inspecting identified issues to verify that corrective works have been completed satisfactorily. Pre-Handover Inspection – Conducting final inspections to identify outstanding works and defects before project completion and handover.
