Plumbing & Drainage Checks – Inspection for leaks, drainage issues, water pressure problems, faulty fittings, and sanitaryware defects. HVAC Performance Checks – Assessment of air-conditioning performance, temperature control, airflow, noise, and visible defects. Water Ingress & Damp Inspection – Identification of signs of water leakage, dampness, staining, moisture, or potential waterproofing issues. Doors & Windows Inspection – Checking operation, alignment, locks, seals, frames, glazing, and signs of air or water leakage. Common Area & External Defects – Inspection of applicable external areas, balconies, parking areas, and common property elements. DLP Snagging Report – Detailed report with photographs and defect descriptions to support formal reporting to the developer or contractor. Rectification Verification – Re-inspection of reported defects to confirm whether corrective works have been completed satisfactorily. Developer/Contractor Follow-Up Support – Assistance in clearly presenting outstanding defects and tracking unresolved items throughout the DLP.
