Hands to Heart Educational Consultancy was founded in 2023 by Mrs. Jocelyn P. Mangibin — a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), International Behavior Analyst (IBA), and Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) who holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, USA. Having worked in Applied Behavior Analysis since 2015, Mrs. Mangibin’s journey evolved from direct clinical practice — supporting individuals from 1.5 to 22 years of age with ASD, ADHD, and OCD — into a mission to bridge the gap between clinical science and community application across the UAE. The name “Hands to Heart” reflects our core belief: that truly effective support must flow from skilled, evidence-based practice directly into the hearts of the families, schools, and communities we serve.
